Will not reply to any number or email , it’s been 7 days , no reply.

Told the boots will ship by the 20th.
Disputing charges , goods not received, no communication back from phone calls and emails. Called during business hours. Do not do business with , SCAM!!

Orders boots on another site and they were shipped the next morning.
The Customer Service Department is second to none. They are professional, courteous and always ready to help. If you're ordering boots it does take some time to receive them. You must know that going in. Most boots will ship directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 60 days to ship. However, you won't beat their prices and they'll beat any price you find. I've purchased 2 pairs of boots from them. I'm happy to shop here and if they can get the boots I'm looking for HeadWest Outfitters will have my business.
The boots I was looking for were not available on the website. I called and spoke to a lady named Liz. She was EXTREMELY helpful. She found exactly what I was looking for, and I had them in two days.

I wait like a dummy. I start again trying to contact them daily starting the 21st only to contact PayPal December 10th to make a claim.
Within a week they told me they were on back order.
Finally get a hold of them sometime early November by fluke.
I ordered a pair of Corral Boots for my wife as birthday gift. My wife is very happy with the boots and the quality. The boots were handmade in Mexico and took a little longer to arrive. But that's understandable considering they're handmade for each order. The customer service staff did a great job with keeping me updated on the status of the order and expected time of delivery. I will definitely order from HeadWest Outfitters again for any western clothing needs.
