Dr. Caldwell is amazing!
Called to schedule an Dr appointment. Was told because I have not been there for 3 years I was considered a new patient and would have to wait 6 month to get an appointment. Had been going there for over 10 years. Sorry that I've been healthy. Absolutely horrible policy.
I appreciate the Doctors, PAs, and staff at Heritage Primary Care. They are becoming very insistent on policy that appears to coincide with integration into UPMC. It also could be the litigious world we are in as well. I will continue to go there as well as the rest of my family and put up with the policies.
